Descriptions, Pricing and Products

Pricing and descriptions on the website are kept as current as possible however, these are subject to review and any discrepancies will be confirmed with you prior to despatch.
We have tried to ensure that the colours are as near to the actual items as possible but in some cases, there could be variations.

Orders

Once we have received your order we will endeavour to process it within 1-2 working days. If any of the items are not in stock we will contact you via email to discuss your revised requirements.

We would like to keep you up to date with any promotions and new arrivals via occasional emails. If at any time you wish to be removed from this list please either unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter received or send us an email. At no time will any personal details be shared with THIRD PARTIES.

Returns

If you are unhappy with any items on your order and need to return them, this must be done within 28 days of despatch.
If received after this date then, unfortunately, we can only offer a credit note.

The goods must be sent back in the original packaging and in perfect condition. We would also ask that you send the items back by signed post. This ensures you have proof of postage, and can track the parcel. Please ensure that the insurance covers the cost of the item/s.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged. Please note that unfortunately, we are unable to refund the postage for returned items unless they are faulty or damaged in transit.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the return.

Whilst waiting for the card to be refunded if this was a credit card we cannot be held responsible for any interest incurred during this time.

Cancellation of Orders

Once an order has been placed you have the right to cancel. However, if we have already dispatched the items to you then you will need to send these back to us.

Delivery Information

STANDARD – MAINLAND UK – 3 – 5 WORKING DAYS – £5.50

Customers who select standard postage can expect to receive their order in 3 – 5 working days via our courier DPD. Mainland UK includes mainland England (including Isle of Wight), Scotland and Wales, but excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands. Your parcel will be delivered between Monday and Friday.

Collections can be made from our store at Unit 4, Albany Centre, Forest Road, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 5NB.
(Unfortunately, some of our items are collection only due to size and weight)

IRELAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND UK ISLANDS – APPROXIMATELY 3-5 WORKING DAYS – £15.50

This charge covers delivery by our courier and their insurance. Some items such as furniture, matches and other large items are excluded from this charge and cannot be shipped outside mainland UK.

This delivery charge applies to the following postcodes and locations:

AB 36-38, AB 55-56, FK 17-21, IV (all), KA 27-28, KW 0-17, PA 20-78, PH 15-99, ZE (all), Isle of Man (IM), Isle of Skye (IV), Isles of Scilly (TR), Guernsey (GY), Jersey (JE), Northern Ireland (BT) and Ireland (EI).
